Refunds:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter issues related to size/fitting or discover a defect in the product, we would be happy to offer an exchange.
Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, kindly notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
- To uphold hygiene standards, we cannot accept exchange requests beyond 5 days from the date of product receipt and trial.
- Please return the product to our warehouse through a reliable courier service. Our team will carfully examine the returned item before dispatching the new product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability, particularly for items on sale.
- Please note that the shipping cost for your first exchange will be covered by the company.
Second Exchange Option:
- Should you remain dissatisfied with the product after the initial exchange, we are happy to offer a second exchange. However, please note that shipping costs for the second exchange will be at your expense prior to dispatch from our warehouse.
